1. All air source heat pump come with  3 years warranty.

2. We take our best effort to offer quick solution for any faulty.

This may include telephone/email advice, sending spare parts for replacement or exchanger heat pump depending on suitation.

3. We may ask that you return the defective unit to us whereby it will be inspected and repaired if possible.

First you are responsible for the cost of returning the defective item to us.Then we will cover transport charges for the return under the warranty.

4. If a heat pump are returned to us, please pack it suitably to prevent damage during transit.

5. The heat pump warranty does not include the cost for labour in new installation if a replacement heat pump is supplied.

6. If the faulty is caused due to incorrect installation or misoperation,this case will be beyong of warrranty.
